Third Annual Brewer’s Plate

What does a local sustainable feast look like in May in southern Ontario? Generous portions of artisanal cheeses, breads, local fish, sausages, roasts and stews of wild game and root vegetables, local greenhouse produce, pickles and preserves of every description, fruit pies -- the work of many chefs -- and of course, libations from our fine Ontario craft brewers.

Beverage Participants: Black Oak, Cameron’s, Great Lakes, Mill St, Steam Whistle, Wellington’s and County Cider Co. and new this year to the Brewer’s Plate Beau's All Natural Brewing Co, Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery,  Heritage Brewing and Scotch Irish Brewing and Nickel Brook Beers

The Brewer’s Plate will be held on Wednesday May 26th 2010.
