- VIP TICKET OPTION -

Purchasing a V.I.P. ticket is a great way to get even more out of The Brewer’s Plate. At $100.00, not only will you be supporting Fair Food at a higher level, you will also receive a wide variety of benefits not available to those with general admission tickets.

FIRST LOOK
First, you will be granted early admission a half hour prior to general admission. This will give you a chance to survey all of the food and beverage options (and begin sampling) at your leisure and without the crowds. You can also mingle with the chefs and brewers, the press, and other Philadelphia movers and shakers in a relaxed, un-crowded atmosphere.

EXCLUSIVE CUISINE & BEER LIST
Of course you still have all the unlimited access to the main area offerings that the general admission ticket provides, but in addition, Di Bruno Bros. will be independently catering the V.I.P. portion of the event, with fantastic gourmet options not available downstairs. There will also be a curated beer list representing the wide variety of locally brewed beers available. These selections will be different from the selections in the main area.

PAIRING TUTORIALS WITH MARNIE OLD

Join drinks expert and author Marnie Old, for a lively evening exploring the scrumptious possibilities of pairing craft beer and fine food.  Marnie will host a deliciously-interactive tasting station demonstrating the how and why the world's most popular alcoholic beverage is more food-friendly than other drinks.  A gifted educator, Marnie's signature approach emphasizes sensory science, making her presentations memorable and accessible regardless of your level of beverage knowledge.  You'll discover through experience how the tastes, smells and tactile sensations of beer and food interact in surprising, but predictable ways.  Come learn why beer is better suited than wine to partner with many popular sauces and flavors - with everything from chili sauces to chocolate desserts.  You'll leave feeling more confident than ever in choosing which beer styles to partner with which foods at home and dining out.

Marnie is a nationally-recognized sommelier and co-author of He Said Beer, She Said Wine with beer guru Sam Calagione.  A beer expert in her own right, she designed and led the first ever beer course to be offered at Manhattan's legendary French Culinary Institute and is the beer columnist for Gayot's luxe lifestyle website NovusVinum.com.

Finally, because this event is a celebration of Philadelphia’s unique local culture, many of the city’s most influential people have been invited. As a V.I.P. guest, you will be part of this elite group. We look forward to seeing you there!
